All in-stock orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom work and made to order pieces can take several weeks to ship. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, we cannot guarantee a ship date on made to order items, however you will be notified when your package has left the studio and is on the way to your door!
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and generally arrive 3 days after shipping.
Returns
All sales are final. Please contact us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
All of the work is packaged carefully and securely and should arrive to you safely, but mishaps can happen! If your order is broken via transit and arrives in pieces, please photograph and contact us ASAP. We are happy to replace your piece in these instances.
